Our Story
KADA Auto Radiator was founded in 1983 in Güneşli, Istanbul, as a small workshop driven by a passion for quality and craftsmanship in the radiator industry. That founding commitment has grown into one of Turkey's leading radiator manufacturers.
With over 43 years of experience, we manufacture copper, aluminum, and brass-based cooling products across a 7,000 m² production facility equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification reflects our unwavering commitment to international quality standards.
Today, KADA exports to 35 countries and serves over 500 authorized dealers. Our product range covers passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, agricultural machinery, forklifts, and industrial generators — delivering reliable cooling solutions for every application.

OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
Engineering and 3D Modeling (OEM Matching)
Based on original OEM codes and master demands, parts and casting tanks designs are digitized with 100% precision in SolidWorks environment.
Certified Raw Material Analysis
First-class copper, brass, and aluminum sheets with high thermal conductivity are taken from international certified suppliers to melting and testing stages.
CNC Embossing and Molding (Core Manufacturing)
In our state-of-the-art CNC machines, vertical circulation tubes and core fins, which form the heart of the radiator, are bent millimetrically with special molds.
Robotic Integrated Assembly and Welding
Shroud sheets, side plates, and water tanks are assembled in robotic welding lines resistant to shock and high pressure before powder coating.
Hardcore Pressure and Leakage Tests
Every radiator produced is subjected to water tightness and thermal simulation tests under high bar pressure for durability against tough construction site and military terrain conditions.
Protective Packaging and Global Logistics
Input-output fittings are closed with green protective plugs, and part series placed in special thick packaging boxes are safely shipped throughout Turkey and to 35 countries.
